Frequently Asked Questions

In-store refunds and exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase. Shoes MUST be unworn and in original box. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. 

Due to the nature of this liquidation sale, all sales from the liquidation location are final. We do not carry these items in our current Walk with Ronsons locations.

If the price is reduced within 15 days of your purchase, simply bring in your original receipt and we will refund the difference to you.

Yes! We do match the in-store pricing of our local competitors. See a sales associate at one of our locations for more information.

If your shoes are defective, please visit our store for the manufacturer warranty.

Every pair of shoes is different, and requires different care. Please contact the store where you purchased them from and they will be able to provide you with the care information specific to your new shoes. 

Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer Ronsons Gift Cards.
